Hi All,
Juanita is being discharged from the hospital today! She is scheduled to be transferred to Sierra Nursing Facility in Davis today at 2pm. Not only is she getting out, but they were able to find a nursing facility much closer to home! God keeps answering our prayers. She still has a lot of rehabbing to do, but she's now one step closer to coming home.
Keep praying for her and Fred as they move to the next phase.

Doctor did not get her signed out in time for dismisal on Tuesday as planned. This after noon she settled in at Sierra Convelescant Hospital on Pole Line road in Davis.
